The percent of reinvestment is the percent of income from your initial investment invested in the bot once more.
Funds that are not reinvested remain on your balance. Bot does not touch them.
Let's look at an example:
Your initial balance = 1 BTC. Percent of reinvestment = 50%.
For the first trading day, the algorithm earned 2% or 0.02 BTC. 0.01 BTC remain on your account. the algorithm will not use them in trading any more. You can withdraw them as profits or buy BNB (if you trade on Binance) to reduce the commission.
Now the algorithm will operate with a sum of 1.01 BTC.
What percentage to choose?
The higher the percent of reinvestment, the greater your profit. But at the same time, the risk of losing more funds is higher. Vice versa with lower percent.
We would say that with a lower percent of reinvestment, your deposit is more stable and less at risk. But the profit is lower than could be.
If you do not want to risk, set no more than 20%.
If you want to earn more and faster, you can set 100%. But you should understand that in this case, the drawdown of your deposit may be deeper.
